Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Panos AI, an AI-powered creative workspace built around an ai image generator for text-to-image creation, AI photo editing, image-to-image workflows, and short video drafts.    • You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights and permissions to submit prompts and materials for processing and to use the Generated Content (including images, videos, and other media outputs) as intended.
   • Panos AI maintains all rights to the platform, underlying technology integrations, and service infrastructure used to deliver the service.

2. Platform Technology:

   • The Panos AI platform, including its software, interfaces, and infrastructure, is the property of Panos AI and its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
   • The operator of Panos AI is panos.im.
   • You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code or underlying systems of our service, unless laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using Panos AI:

• Submitting prompts or generating content (including images, videos, and any other media) that violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other intellectual-property rights.

• Attempting to bypass usage limits, subscription systems, or security measures.
• Reselling or redistributing Generated Content or access to the service without proper licensing or permission from Panos AI.
• Interfering with or disrupting the platform's systems, servers, networks, or overall performance.
• Attempting to extract, replicate, or reverse-engineer our platform technology or integrated AI systems.
• Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Content Generation Guidelines

1. Content Restrictions & Prohibited Categories:

   We strictly prohibit the generation of the following six categories of content (Zero Tolerance):

   • Sexual / NSFW Content: Adult content, nudity, or pornography.
   • Violence / Gore: Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting harm.
   • Hate Speech: Content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against specific groups.
   • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors. Generating such content will result in immediate termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
   • Deepfakes / Impersonation: Non-consensual deepfakes or content designed to impersonate real individuals to deceive others.
   • Copyright / Trademark Infringement: Content that violates intellectual property rights.

   Additionally:

   • Do not submit prompts or materials that are illegal, hateful, harassing, abusive, or promote discrimination.
   • Do not generate content (including images, videos, and any other media) that could be used to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.
   • Ensure your input prompts and materials do not infringe on the rights of any third party.

2. Usage Limits & Quality:

   • Content generation (including ai image generator outputs, photo edits, image-to-image results, and videos) is subject to plan limits, credit availability, or fair-use policies.
   • Output quality, available features (e.g., styles, resolution, aspect ratio, strength, duration, and customization options), and processing capacity may vary based on your plan and system load.

Content Moderation and Enforcement

To ensure a safe environment, Panos AI employs a multi-layered content moderation system:

1. Content Moderation Mechanism:

   • Automated Filtering: All prompts and generated outputs are scanned in real-time by automated safety filters to detect and block prohibited content (e.g., CSAM, extreme violence, NSFW).
   • Manual Review: Content flagged by our automated systems or reported by users is subject to manual review by our Trust & Safety team.

2. Reporting Mechanism: If you encounter content that violates these Terms, including CSAM, hate speech, or deepfakes, please report it immediately:

   • Content Removal: Deletion of the violating generated content.
   • Account Suspension or Termination: Temporary or permanent ban from the service for severe or repeated violations (e.g., generating CSAM or non-consensual deepfakes).
   • Legal Action: We reserve the right to report severe violations (such as CSAM or terrorism-related content) to law enforcement agencies.

Privacy and Data Collection

Panos AI collects and processes data necessary to provide and improve our services. This includes:

• Input & Output Data: Prompts and materials submitted for processing, uploaded images, reference frames, and generated media files (including images and videos).
• Usage Metrics: Service interaction, feature-usage patterns (e.g., text-to-image, photo editing, image-to-image, video drafts), and selected parameters.

Limitation of Liability
